I think premium here is around $3.60 something. I don't pay much attention because I don't use a lot of gas.

shyt, its all about mileage now a days, i had to push a truck for a week (dodge ram), no lie, 50 dollars got me just above the 1/4 mark, and that only lasted me 4 days. Im never EVER buying american again, they didnt do shyt about mileage until this crisis happened and the foreign car companies were already on it.

im in chicago too. i typically ride my bike to and from work (total 15 miles) in the summer and spring and fall. last year , I was able to ride starting from may all the way up til the beginning of december.

unfortunately, I snapped the chain on my bike last thursday, and I had to leave it at the bike shop so they could fix it this weekend. then dude broke the gear shifter and he has to order that part and replace it too. so I should be riding again later this week.
