View Full Version : Buck Is At The Bottom Of The Tree!

If you look at the Tree of Shady Aftermath and G Unit this is how it goes:

Dre
^
Slim Shady
^
50 Cent
^ ^
Banks Yayo
^
Buck

Dre brought in Slim, then Slim helped 50 and then 50 brought in Banks and Yaho then Buck was brought in. If you want to get technical Game was the very last person, but his stay was as quick as he left.

Honestly Buck needs to kiss all those people's asses. He was on CASH MONEY with Juvenile and Juvenile sucks. Nobody would have heard of Buck unless 50 came and saved him. Honestly look at some of Bucks lyrics:

"I know you probably seen me with Cash Money from back in the days
The only thing changed is the numbers on the range"

Exactly Buck you were a nobody until you made money off the whole G Unit run. 50 isn't your dad he doesn't manage your money like a little boy. If you decided to blow it all that's your damn fault.

I loved Buck's first album but out of all the G Unit members he had the biggest drop on his second. Honestly Buck the World was utter garbage. At least Banks had "Cake" which was a decent song. Buck had nothing. He wants to be like Lil Wayne and get all the Southern people to like him and the thing is just being a Southern rapper isn't going to get you super rich.

Honestly G Unit was dissing Lil Wayne all the way back in 2003 when nobody even knew who the hell he was.

"Just cuz I like ice don't compare me to Lil Wayne
I make rap *****s dissapear like Lil Zane"

Oh yea Buck here is another line from your verse:

"See Buck been shot, but not more than 50
I don't dance, what I look like signin wit Diddy?"

Looks like your gonna have to sign with Diddy because you gonna be on the unemployment line very soon.....haha

I like Buck I never liked Southern rappers ever, he was the only one because he wasn't really southern he had a little new york flow you look at his first album his lyrics were nice. But his second album turned into ghetto gospel and i'm not into that.

Buck >>>>Banks and Yayo

"Slow Ya Roll" & "Gettin Money" >>Rotten Apple

Buck the only one with content. Banks don't rap about
s*it and couldn't make a hit after his 1st album and suffered sophomore slump.
Yayo don't count he just a hypeman rapper, n*ggaz don't take him serious

When it came to the battles Buck was the only n*gga that rode hard
on everybody, Banks was the most lyrical 1 and was the most p*ssy
that n*gga only threw subliminals and he was the n*gga that should
of been delivering the most. Buck been spit

"In Ny a lot of n*ggaz like to battle rap
Nah I ain't with it homie grab a strap" -03 radio freestyle

That whole verse is better then anything Bucks has ever done. At least Banks brought up Bush in a song. What the hell has Buck every brought up that meant ANYTHING besides robbing southern folks and smoking weed?

Content wise, Buck s*its all over Banks and Buck makes
the better music in example this track over the post Pac album
"Loyal 2 The Game"

[Young Buck]
Posessed by the streets, you can't tell me that this ain't home
I can't eat if the rest of this s*it ain't gone
I'm gettin used to the needles on the bathroom sink
Gotta close my do' because the backroom stinks
See daddy don't work and, mama don't drink but
daddy do dope and, mama can't think so
Look like, I'ma be the man of the house
Gotta have somethin to put in her hand when it's out
Up early in the mornin, the first to get it
They say if you really want it, then come on with it
Sacrifice my life for this ice and these cars
And I only spend 30 days behind bars
I ain't never had a job but my rent got paid
I handled any beef that they sent my way
So send me to the pen but you know I won't change
It's thug in my veins, I'm loyal to the game

[Chorus]

[Lloyd Banks]
Yeah, it ain't my fault I came up fast
And you're the name n*ggaz bring up last
And all the dames get a king of ass, ten grand on every ring I flash
Leap frog, and I'ma have to fling yo' ass
I'm on the block where it's scorching hot
If you get caught in the crossfire, they'll have to peel you off the block
I get 'dro by the pickle jar
These broke ni*gaz wanna get the star, so I don't keep the four-nickel far
My lips are zipped, I'm loyal to the game
Bring your chick around me, I'm spoiling her brain
Leave more slugs to boil in your frame
Cause you got rocks and they got aluminum foil for a chain
The paint's the same color as oil in the Range
I'm stingy, ain't got nothing for you but some change, yeah
I'm good now but the fact still remains
that the struggle that I'm froms attached to my name

f*ck is Banks talking about??
he just on some regular s*it, Buck carried that whole crew.

Buck carries that whole crew, nobody besides 50
got as much content as that n*gga

Buck was the second best in the Unit and it's not even close. I like 50 but I really think he made a bad decision. Nobody wants to hear Banks or Yayo, Buck was the only one worthwhile.

If you look at Buck's first album his lyrics were more raw and had way better flow. His second album is PURE SOUTHERN flow. The only reason why I said it had a little new york flow was becasue 50 was on a couple tracks and did the hooks and some verses. Compare Let me In with Get Buck and it's two completey different flows.

He's from the south, it's just that NY shows him very heavy support and
that's where the majority of records for his 1st album were bought. He's a southern artist, I expect him to have southern in him.

Everybody's not suppose to sound like a NY N*gga, everybody

You took two verse's and compared them. Wow, so one verse decides everything? Ever look at what Buck said in the Beg For Mercy album? It was all basic **** nothing special. Same with his first album, nothing special he just had good songs. Nothing wrong with that. I never said Buck wasn't more "real" then Banks. All I said was that one verse by Banks is better then anything Buck has ever done. Lyrical wise Buck could never spit a verse that good even if he used biggie's pen.

"Footprints" was one of the hardest solo cuts on the album....
I don't know 1 street n*gga that didn't f*ck with it. Him and Banks
carried that album, normally the best n*gga gets the last verse. Why you think
Buck had the last verse on "Stunt 101" and "Poppin Them Thangs"

Again, another example "G'd Up", Buck and 50 killed this Banks on some other s*it again, he just SAY WORDS 2GETHER JUST TO RHYME

Buck's southern and raw aggression is needed in that group

[Verse 1: 50 Cent]
Cocaine, heroin, ecstasy, marijuana
I'm mule on that Greyhound from NY to the Carolina
Paper chase, different name, same face, don't catch a case
My road dog's on parole his baby girl's four years old
We play the block, pistol cocked, you could shoot or get shot
Kill you for your crack spot take everything your a$s got
Semi-automatic spray, bust back or run away
N*ggaz talkin in the hood we'll handle this another day
In November you make my sh*tlist if you did you can cancel Christmas
I'll send you a gift n*ggaz'll come and leave your ass twisted
Them hollow tip shells burn baby burn
See n*ggaz get merked up, babies born and the world turns
I seen it all crystal clear so I keep my pistol near
Heart's never full of fear, homie I stay well aware
Of what's going on around me, motherf*ckers want me dead
I go wit a smile on my face when it's my time kid

[Verse 2: Lloyd Banks]
Lil n*ggaz I done paved the way, y'all should thank em
But if you think otherwise bring your boy over here so I can spank em
I'll put an end to your career B*TCH
Before you speak on 50; buy a .40 and a spare clip
These n*ggaz gassed up, gettin to used to rap
Like I won't give em more bloodclots than Supercat
N*ggaz'll SNATCH YA, I'm like a bat catcher
I'll give a sign and and then throw somethin at cha
Round here *****s die off hydro
And even when it ain't 4th of July it sound like pyro
You smart enough to creep then lay your dumb brains down
The pound'll spin you around like the young James Brown
I know I'm hot but hey, I'm icy too
Rocks'll ll hit you from a block away like a beat from Dr. Dre
We're takin over this year, K's and the soldiers is here
Everyone knows it's a scare, YEAH

[Verse 3: Young Buck]
My papa never bothered to show me what it was to be a man
He'd just pop another bottle and smoke up a half a gram
I would hop in my Impala and ride all through the night
They gave my homeboy life so when you do it do it right
My fingernails still filled with cocaine residue
I still got the heart to go and bust me a head or two
No other solution you think we hollerin & hootin
Until you wake up and then you got to hear bout these shootings
I take a pull from a loose one and put the clip in my pocket
Before I take another bullet I'm gonna pull it and pop it
And if it's beef my n*gga, then let your guns do your talkin
The graveyard has got plenty room for a coffin
They say that we responsible for boosting the crime rate
They say that we the reason that these young n*ggas buyin weight
But I'm gonna keep this glock on my waist til my dayin days
It's +Nuttin But a G Thang+ G-Unit & +Dr. Dre+

go back and read my quote. I'll say it again, BUCK IS MORE REAL THEN BANKS. I'm agreeing with you, all I am saying is Banks is better LYRICALLY rhyme was, he is just better then Buck. That's all I'm saying. Stunt 101 was three reg verses by all of them. It's nothing to brag about it's just a song with a hot beat and catchy hook. So do you get it? Buck is real Banks is a pretty boy, but he rhymes and is just lyrically better. Buck is more real. The End.
