I've been really getting into trip-hop/electronica music lately, but the torrent I use (isohunt), doesn't have some of the stuff I've been looking for. Are there any sites, torrents or anything else that would be better than isohunt? What do you use to download new stuff?
I usually just type an artist and the name of the album into google followed by either 'megaupload', rapidshare, etc etc and u usually get a link to a blog containing a link. I've been into Trip Hop and electronica for a while now but cant find anywhere specifically focussed on that kidna music like I have for Hip Hop on sohh.

I mostly get my stuff on messageboards/forums.
Is there any kinda dedicated Trip Hop/Electronica forums anyone knows of? I'm talkin like DJ Shadow, RJD2 et al type artists.

That site does'nt have too much, go on house and techno boards, they usually have a downtempo/broken beat section.

I guess because i have been around it for so long, i bought most of my stuff on cd or vynil, when you say "electronica" thats a very broad and generic term, what kind of stuff are you talking exactly?
techno?
house?
drum and bass?
before i returned to hip hop, i was deeply embedded in all of these genres, and i have alot of **** either way if you are interested, ill make a thread uploading some of my best stuff.

^^^
I'm talking about portishead, tricky, massive attack, chungking, Air, zero 7, Lamb, Bitter:Sweet ect... I'm sorry for the broad terms lol. I'm just really getting into this stuff now and all i know is these groups all fall under trip-hop and or electronica when I found them on amazon.com (I use the Listmania! lists to find more artists I might like).
It would be great if you uploaded some stuff.

I have alot of mixes starting tommorow, a few times a week, i will upload albums/good mixes anything that might be interesting.
Pretty much what everyone else said
But I'll also recommend Serengeti and his last album (Don't Give Up) - very downtempo style, similar to Trip-Hop. One of my favourites from last year.
