After running/full court bball & lifting, what do I need to drink/eat to get the most from my efforts? I'm trying to shed fat and gain lean muscle (like 99% of the people on here)

I did a 6 week bulk cycle including Vitargo-CGL and saw some nice gains.
Great product for bulking.....mix it with Whey and you'll be set.
I did hear that Nutrex will be taking it off the market soon, however......anyone else know about this?

you need at least 30g of carbs...and I would shoot for 50g of protein.
fats arent really necessary post work out, but EFAs are always a good option.

Useless. Your body needs mostly protein, a small amount of carbs would help too, not fats and carbs.
Milk + low-carb whey protein powder (hydrolysed is even better according to some) is optimal. 500-1000 ml of skim milk is OK too if you forget about the powder or whatever.

Maybe that would work with someone else. But trust me...MY body builds muscle at an alarming rate (confirmed by my doctor) from even the slightest exercise. I don't need alot of protein. Trust. Or else I'd be looking like the Incredible Hulk in this bish. I speak from personal experience.
And I'm talking a small amount of peanut butter. Something very light is usually best for me after I work out. I tend to crave fruits at those times.

OK, but what sports do you do, then, that you're afraid of packing on too much muscle? Also, are you interested in becoming more toned up, because that, also, despite what most women think, involves gaining muscle mass.

I know that.
Mainly running and dancing, and both of those contribute to the muscle building. I do weights sparingly, as my body tones from everything else. There was a period of time when I did no weights and I only danced, and I looked in the mirror one day and noticed that my shoulders were more brolic than usual.
It's just my body type. I gain muscle no matter the workout, so taking more protein than what's in my diet = this (http://www.hantelparty.de/xt/female-bodybuilder.gif), and that's not the look I'm going for. What works best for my body is calisthenics with minimal weight, if any. I lived with 2 personal trainers before. They tried to tell me about the protein thing too, and they saw what happened when I listened. Now, who will replace the 3 pairs of jeans that tore at the thigh from my horse-muscle legs?
