What food do you continue to eat even though they may not be that good for you?
I got 2 actually , the first one is steak. i will never give that up. thing is though, i don't get the lean steaks like flank for example. it has to be a porterhouse, ribeye, or delmonico. gotta be at least 12 ounces and i never trim the fat off. i try to limit myself to 1 a week, but i just got finished eating one for the 2nd night in a row.:evil:
my other one is chicken skin. there's ribshack by my house that sell whole grilled chickens. i usually get 2 over the course of a week. i just cannot bring myself to thrown the skin away. i can't be doing myself that much of a disservice by eating the skin right? especially since it's grilled and not fried.
i work out twice a day so i figure my transgressions can be forgiven.
